MODNA will hold a special meeting to vote on the dissolution of MODNA and final distribution of the organization’s assets. The MODNA Board of Directors is proposing dissolution by December 31, 2023 and dividing all remaining assets among the local units (OSUNO, OSUTNO, Mary Rutan) that were in the Mid-Ohio District Nurses Association as of June 30, 2023, proportional to membership as of June 30, 2023. Please note that MODNA is a separate entity from ONA or your local unit if a collective bargaining member, a dissolution vote at MODNA will not affect your ONA membership status or any Collective Bargaining Agreement.
