“Pretty B.I.T.C.H Music” is California rapper Saweetie’s long-awaited debut album. After dropping 2 EPs 2018’s High Maintenace and 2019’s ICY.
The lead single for the album was “Tap In”that dropped on June 17, 2020 along with a music video. She sampled Too$hort’s Blow the
Whistle. Charting at #91 billboard making it her second entry. It followed up with an remix with rappers Post Malone, Da Baby & James Harlow. The second single would be Back To The Streets with R&B singer Jhene Aiko which dropped on October 23, 2020.
The third single from the album would be Best Friend A song that would get leaked by Warner Records (her label) a month before it’s released on December 4th, 2020. She tweeted saying “I am extremely disappointed in my label WBR for prematurely releasing a single I was so excited about,” the MC tweeted about the track. “I feel disrespected. I’m hands on with ALL of my creative & had such a dope rollout for “best friends”. The thirst for clout & $ is real & it overrides the artists’ art.” The song was officially released on January 7th, 2020 along-side with a music video.
The album is going to have production with from Danja, Lil John, Murda Beatz, and more. We do not know the official date for the album. It’s expected to drop sometime in 2021.
