CALL FOR LIFETIME OF CARE AWARD NOMINATIONS
Every year at the Faces of Care Gala in June Cleveland Magazine and the Greater Cleveland Nurses Association present the "Faces of Care Lifetime Achievement Award" to a GCNA member. This year we will be taking nominations for this award from GCNA members. The purpose of the Faces of Care Lifetime Achievement Award is to recognize the contributions of a member who has influenced the nursing profession in a sustained and outstanding manner throughout their career.
Each nominee for the Lifetime Achievement Award must be a current GCNA member in good standing, with a minimum of 10 years membership in GCNA, and have practiced professional nursing for a minimum of 20 years. Nominations must be made by an active GCNA member. The award winner will be recognized at the Faces of Care gala on June 3, 2017 and receive a trophy commemorating the award.

Nominations must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 15, 2017. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
