Responsibilities
- Suggest and receive proposed amendments to the Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws of this Association and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Submit proposed amendments to the voting body for action at a regular meeting or Special Meeting in accord with the provisions in these Bylaws.
