Z://Userdata: ONA's main file storage. All work product should be saved here in the appropriate file. This data is backed up nightly.
U:// Private network drive: stored on network but accessible only to you. Store things like credit card statements, department reports, and items related to your employment at ONA but unrelated to a facility. This data is backed up. Also useful for private storage via remote access.
C:// - Physical hard drive on your computer. If you save documents here they will not be backed up. Should your computer/laptop crash, be lost or stolen, anything you store here will be gone.
Flash Drive: Use for convenience in the field, but when in the office, but transfer all work product to Z Drive (or NetDocs for E&GW Staff)
